Our MOQ starts at just 15–30 pieces depending on the product. For example, printed brand boxes start at 15 pieces, 3-ply shipping boxes at 25 pieces, and heavy-duty 5-ply cartons at 20 pieces. Exact MOQ is shown on each product page.

Yes. You can add multiple products and sizes to your cart and place a single combined order. Each item must individually meet its MOQ.

For large bulk orders (500+ pieces or custom specifications), use our Custom Order / Enquiry page or WhatsApp us directly. We offer better pricing for high-volume orders and can arrange priority dispatch.

Yes. Regular buyers and distributors can contact us via WhatsApp or the Custom Order page to discuss bulk pricing, credit terms, and scheduled repeat deliveries.

3-ply boxes (single-wall) are lighter and suitable for items up to 10 kg — ideal for e-commerce dispatch and daily courier. 5-ply boxes (double-wall) are heavier and support up to 25 kg, best for industrial parts, long-distance transit, or fragile goods needing extra protection.

Yes. All our corrugated and kraft paper boxes are 100% recyclable and made from sustainably sourced paper. We do not use plastic coatings on standard boxes.

Yes. We offer custom printing (1–4 colour) on most box types. Minimum order for custom printed boxes is 15 pieces. Share your logo and specifications via our Custom Order page or WhatsApp and we will send you a quote within 24 hours.

For most e-commerce products, a 3-ply corrugated shipping box in the right size is ideal. For fragile or heavy items, upgrade to 5-ply. If you are unsure, describe your product on WhatsApp and we will recommend the best option.

Yes. We stock BOPP packing tapes, bubble wrap rolls, stretch wrap mini rolls, and corrugated sheet stacks. These can be added to your cart alongside boxes.

We currently deliver across Delhi, Gurgaon, Manesar, and Bhiwadi. Enter your pincode during checkout to confirm availability. We are expanding coverage — contact us if your area is not listed.

Standard delivery is 1–3 business days within our service areas. Urgent same-day or next-day delivery for large orders can be arranged — call or WhatsApp us before placing the order.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and order weight. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery — the current threshold is shown at checkout.

Yes. Use the Track Order page and enter your order ID or registered mobile number to see the current status of your shipment.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking via Razorpay, and QR code payments. For bulk orders, we also accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).

COD is available for select orders and locations. You will see the COD option at checkout if it is available for your pincode and order value.

At checkout, choose the QR Payment option. A QR code will appear on screen — scan it with any UPI app, complete the payment, and upload the screenshot as proof. Your order will be confirmed once we verify the payment.

Yes. All card and net banking payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

If boxes arrive damaged in transit, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or call. We will arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

Unused, unopened boxes in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom printed boxes are non-returnable. Contact us to initiate a return and we will arrange pickup.

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of what was received. We will dispatch the correct items and arrange return pickup at no extra cost to you.
